About

In The Hall began with a simple instinct: to gather beautiful old things and keep them together.

What started as shelves and cupboards slowly filling up became a way of collecting — not by category or era, but by feeling. Each mystery box begins with a carefully chosen vintage piece. From there, objects are assembled around mood, material, and atmosphere.

Nothing random. Nothing rushed.

Some boxes lean toward ornament and light. Others toward structure and restraint. Old Money. Salon Rose. Ritual. Modernist. Mother of Pearl. Soft Folk. Renaissance. Key Party.

Some pieces show signs of age and use. That’s part of what makes it special. Patina, weight, wear — the evidence of a life already lived. This isn’t about perfect sets or matching collections. It’s about thoughtful combinations. Objects that belong together, even if they were found years apart.

Each box is assembled by hand and sent out to begin another chapter in someone else’s home.

Collected slowly. Kept with care. xx
